With over 66 years in the hospitality and food industry, Costas Antonopoulos is proud to bring back Kostas Opa, a true Seattle legacy since 1981-Voted the oldest authentic Greek restaurant in Seattle by USA Today Top Ten Best (Costas Opa). Costas brings the spirit of Kefi (joyful passion and spirit) to the community and those around him. This is a truly wonderful experience where everyone can get the taste of Greece and feel at home.

Costas began his journey as a pastry chef in Athens, Greece and quickly became a master of his trade learning all aspects of cooking focusing on quality and tradition. He immigrated to Canada following his passion for good food and then to the United States to open numerous successful restaurants; this being the crown jewel of them all.

The Kostas Opa restaurant was and continues to be a family run business with Costas
overseeing the original recipes with fresh ingredients to bring you authentic flavors of
